AirAsia approached us to execute an activation that would re-position their brand to the public. The challenge was to bust the myth that AirAsia only flies to a few destinations, in a fun and interactive way. A major partnership at the UFC 234 provided a great opportunity to educate the public on some of AirAsia’s core brand values and the number of destinations they fly to for a fraction of the cost of other airlines.
That’s where we came into the picture – to provide a solution to take AirAsia’s key brand messages and turn them into shareable social content that would stop both feet onsite and thumbs online. We worked with the team at AirAsia across the entire activation process, from ideation and set conception through to onsite delivery and everything in between and created a 3D photo booth that would transport participants to key AirAsia destinations.
